1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Nalandaygr platform ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). These T&C govern your access to and use of the Service, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the platform.

2. User Registration and Account

• Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older, or possess parental/guardian consent, to use the Service. Users registering as Students or Staff must be officially affiliated with Nalandaygr.
• Account Review: Your registration is subject to review and approval by a Nalandaygr administrator. Access will only be granted upon successful verification of your identity and role.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify Nalandaygr immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

The Service supports various roles (Student, Staff, Parent, Administrator, User), each with specific access rights and responsibilities:

• Students: Must use the platform for academic and official school-related purposes.
• Staff/Administrators: Must adhere to all internal policies and professional conduct standards when using the platform.
• Parents: Access is limited to information concerning their officially linked child/children.
• General Users: Must adhere to the guidelines outlined herein.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.
• Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the platform.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Nalandaygr platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nalandaygr or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create, but grant Nalandaygr a license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content within the scope of the platform's operation.

6. Termination

Nalandaygr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service if you violate these T&C, or if the administrator deems your continued use inappropriate or harmful to the community.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Governing Law

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Telangana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
